Manage the development team, stakeholders, requirements, timeline and budget for the National Geographic and The Wild website redesign in a fast-paced media environment with complex, ambiguous requirements.
The Solution
Reimagined the project management governance and systems to automate requirement entry, status, and prioritization, resulting in accelerated feedback, also aligned the development team and stakeholders on trade-offs to launch an MVP. The website was more elevated in its technology and imagery, with parallax scrolling and faster loading, increasing page views.
